Re-thinking work

The Digital world works  24/7  365 days of the year and  50% of internet traffic is non human. Work is a mix between humans and AI. Do we ask employees to do the same than algorithms do?

Our Behavioral health is in risk if we do not re-think work. Cyberattacks take advantage of humans lack of digital skills, but we ask people to work as robots, or answer faster than programs. Work has changed, how about your company?

Re-think work/workers and the new role of people in the digital society.
